As a main advantage we can point out a quick delivery and a simple mounting, as well as a possibility of building the door in after setting the cold room (it happens very often that in the early phase of building the cold room a precise position or dimension of the door is not known).They are available in the following standard dimensions: 700-2500B x 1500-3000H. Please contact our manufacturing department for any other dimensions. For operation in plus and minus working temperature conditions. For minus working conditions there is a heating element integrated with the replaceable sealing rubber.
Possibility of installation into panels of 60-160 mm of thickness. We offer three basic door types depending on the temperature conditions, floor form and panel thickness of the cold room into which the door is being built in.
Door frame is made of multi-chamber PVC profiles of an extreme strength and isolating properties comprising all elements for sliding door operation. Door wing is made of white (RAL 9010), galvanized steel sheet and polyurethane filling, density 40-42kg/m³ as well as PVC profile with a groove for placing sealing rubber and break of the thermal bridge. Inside part of the door is marked with a fluorescent exit label. Also available in inox.

Type 1
Represents a model designed for installation into cold rooms with plus temperature working conditions, i.e. cold rooms with or without industrial floors (e.g. isolation, concrete, tiles).
Type 2
Represents a model designed for building in into cold rooms with minus temperature working conditions i.e. cold rooms with or without industrial floors (e.g. isolation, concrete, tiles). Novelty compared to Type 1 is a heating element located in the sealing rubber of the door, as well as inox door-step, the sealing rubber fits onto (Type 2).
Moreover, it is possible to install 50 mm high aluminium "L" profile instead of inox door-step. Aluminium "L" profile is used in new buildings so that it can be installed leveled with the future floor (Type 2)....

They are used for manufacturing of large cold rooms at all refrigerating working conditions. They are characterized by an extremely quick mounting and quality of coupling. They were successfully used in building of ULO refrigeration plants with a controlled atmosphere for storage of fruits and vegetables. They can be designed for making a wall, a ceiling and a floor. All wall panels have a groove on the ceiling part for placing the ceiling panel. If a floor isolation panel is used, a groove will be made in the floor zone, too. At buyer's wish it is possible to produce a hinged door in the panel to the light opening 1020 mm or a hinged build-in-door to 1200 mm. Besides the hinged one, a sliding door is also available for all working conditions and of all dimensions. Dimensions They are produced in the following thickness: 60-80-100-120-150 mm. In the standard production the width is 1200 mm and length to 8500 mm. Floors A standard cold room is equipped with a "PVC coated" floor (antisplit surface, gray colour - RAL 7042 and thickness of 0.8mm). Besides "wisa" floor we also offer a ribbed scotch bright inox floor (Aisi 304/316,18/8) in two different bearing capacities and high aesthetic and functional values. Finally we offer floors made of aluminium ribbed sheet for big straining, and decorative looks at the same time. Floor made of ribbed steel sheet of floating type and of excellent bearing capacity, especially suitable for electric palette forklift. Bearing capacity of floor includes using trolleys or palette forklifts with rubber wheels. Besides the cold rooms with floor, cold rooms without floors are also available, that are delivered with PVC profile for coupling the wall panel with the base. Technical characteristics They are produced of galvanized, white (RAL 9010) coloured sheet with a protective foil and polyurethane filling, density 40-42 kg/m³. Suitable for working temperatures from -40°C to +70°C. Couplings between the panels are made as a male-female, providing an excellent isolation and guiding along the whole panel, locks that industrial panels are connected with, contribute to it. A wide use in almost all activities where it's necessary to keep the food fresh is achieved with construction modulation and placing the cold room in almost every object space and operation in plus and minus working temperature conditions.
Thickness of isolation panels is: 60-80-100-120-150 mm, injected with polyurethane foam (ecologically accepted) density 40-42kg/m³.
Suitable for working temperatures from -40°C to +70°C. As a standard covering of isolation panels a white (Ral 9010), galvanized sheet, thickness 0.5 mm, with a protective foil is used. As an option a scotch bright inox of final processing is available.

Locks built in isolation panels exclude use of tools, necessary for mounting the panels of refrigerating cold room and reduce mounting to a simple installation key, so called FAST-FIT SYSTEM.

Flexibility and speed in mounting is achieved with coupling of panels (male-female) with locks, achieving maximal isolation and safety along all the coupling at the same time.
Hinge
Doors in standard production are equipped with hinges, made of quality compositional plastics, lifting off the door wings during opening, making working life of the floor sealing rubber longer.
Each hinge can be adjusted in each of three dimensions, contributing to the perfect door centring.
Besides the hinges made of compositional plastics hinges made of scotch bright, inox that suit the lock with lever are also available, as well as jumbo chromated hinges for the lock of the same name.
Doors
They are available in the following standard dimensions of light opening: 720/900Bx1900H (all in mm). Besides the standard ones it is possible to produce doors of special dimensions of light opening: 500-1020Bx500-3000H (all in mm). A heating element with double isolation has been built into the door frame (for minus working conditions).
Lock
Doors in standard production are equipped with a lock made of a quality compositional plastics, having a security opening from inside, a fluorescent sticker for exit, left right orientation of opening handle and one of nine different key combinations.

Multi-compressor sets

The standard delivery contains three semi-hermetic BITZER compressors, tank for liquid operating substance, system for passive oil regulation, electrical distribution cabinet, complete mechanical and electrical protection for the compressor and manual shutter valves. Everything is mounted on a robust steel construction and ready for assembly and installation.
