TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The door leaf is made of galvanized, white prepainted ( RAL 9010) steel metal sheet. Doors are available in stainless steel sheet with Scotch Brite finishing. Steel thickness can be 0.5 mm or 0.6 mm. The doors are filled with polyurethane foam, density 40-42 kg/m3 and suitable for temperatures from -40 °C to + 70 °C.
The doors for the minus temperatures are equipt with a built in sealing rubber. Floor forms are adapted for the cold rooms with and without the floor. The door frame is made of multi-chamber PVC profiles of exceptional strength and insulation properties with all the integrated elements of the hinges and screws to adjust the height of the window frame.
DImensions
The doors are designed for the assembly in the cold rooms made of refrigeration panels, 6 cm to 16 cm thick. At a customers request we can produce a door in non standard dimensions.
