Cold rooms are intended to preserve freshness and quality of food. They are suitable for both minus and plus temperatures. Structure modularity allows cold room placement in any space.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Panel thicknesses are 6 cm and 8 cm for plus temperatures and 10 cm, 12 cm or 15 cm for minus temperatures. Cold rooms are available in four standard internal heights: 200 cm, 240 cm, 280 cm and 320 cm. Minimal internal standard dimensions start from 120 cm x 120 cm and changes in standard steps of 30 cm for width and 40 cm in hight till required dimensions are reached. At the customer request dimension steps could be ±5 cm.
For production of insulation panels we use galvanized, white prepainted (RAL 9010) steel metal sheet. As an option stainless steel in Scotch Brite finish is also available. Steel thickness can be 0.5 mm or 0.6 mm. The panels are filled with environmentally friendly polyurethane foam, density of 40-42 kg/m3 and suitable for temperatures from -40 °C to + 70 °C.
Joints between the panels are made as a groove-tongue and buckles attached to each other, providing an excellent combination of insulation and quality grip across the entire panel. If the cold room is made without the floor insulation panel, the grip between the wall panels and floor is made of PVC or metal sheet "U" profile.
